Based in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire and Newtownards, County Down, Stove Spare Parts is a division of The Stove Yard, one of the UK's and Ireland's leading stove retailers and distributors. The Spare Parts division was set up in 2012 with the aim of providing wood burning and multi fuel stove owners and users with a comprehensive first class stove spare parts service.
Having tried to buy stove spare parts for our many retail customers, we learned the hard way about how difficult this could be. So, Stove Spare Parts' ultimate objective is to improve the experience of shopping online for stove replacement parts for every stove owner or service agent. And whilst we accept that we still have some way to go, for example in terms of holding stocks of spares for every well known stove brand and their many model variants, we like to think that we've made a very good start. Certainly, our customers already seem to think so and we hope that very soon you will too.
We believe that Stove Spare Parts is the first company to provide a seamless stove spare parts service delivered by stove experts who really know and understand stoves and their components - after all, we've sold thousands of stoves all over the country since we started in 2004. We're also founder members of the Stove Industry Alliance as well as Hetas Approved Retailers with every member of our front-line Stove Spare Parts team in Cheshire being Hetas trained. Within The Stove Yard we also sit on the Hetas Technical Committee! So not only is Stove Spare Parts duty-bound to give you the best possible advice about your stove and its spares, you can also be sure that we also have the in-house technical expertise to deliver you peace-of-mind as standard with every stove spare part you purchase from us.
